We want you to love your KAVU gear, but if it's not the right fit for your next adventure, we offer easy returns within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags are attached and the product is free of trail dust before starting your return.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select your reason for return and download the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack the Gear

  Place your items securely in the original packaging or a sturdy mailer, ensuring all original hangtags are included, and affix the shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
